I just moved back to Charlotte after spending some time in Santa Monica, where I learned all about this vegan thing. So hey, I thought I'd check this out. I enjoy checking out restaurants and cultural events and other things going on in around the Queen City. I love being outside, and am trying to get into mountain biking and whitewater kayaking out here. I also love reading, but I don't do enough of it. I usually only get halfway through the Economist, and the latest Harry Potter book in Spanish is sitting unread -- it's a pretty thick book for someone on a 5th grade reading level! ;)
