I am a passionate person, full of life and love.......healthy, happy, adventuresome, playful, and energetic. I was happily married and in love with the best friend I have ever had. When he died young, I threw myself into my work. For the last 30 years I have dedicated myself to causes and non profit organizations I care about. It has been deeply satisfying. Now, a gazillion great stories later, I have finally retired and find myself longing for a best friend and loving companion to share the joys of my active silver years........and at the end of the road, to hold hands with, as we face the inevitable insults of old age together.

I am a tender-hearted, compassionate, animal-loving, tree-hugger. I tell the truth and ask directly for what I need. I am committed to emotional and physical good health. I live simply, not wastefully, eat a plant-based diet. I have been affectionately called a “cheap date.” I care very little for material things, and I believe “the best things to do in life are free” (cuddling, good conversation, walking on the beach, singing and playing music)... I get a big kick out of oddball humor.....and though humor counts a lot, with me, heart is everything. I love the simple joys and spontaneous small kindesses that come with loving; I am charmed by thoughtful expressions of love.
