I live an abundant & healthy life, mentally, physically & spiritually. I smile & laugh a lot, even by myself. I have a deep yoga, meditation & tai chi practice. My only beverage is well water. I grow a lot of my own veggies outdoors, & year-round microgreens indoors, while eating much more healthy fat than fruit. I designed & helped build a unique, green home in spacious forest north of the city’s pollution, while dozens of solar panels allow all of the modern amenities. Nothing makes me stray from my path, not even for a half a day; I am calmly connected to joy nearly consistently.
