I live a healthy life, mentally, physically & spiritually. I have a deep yoga, meditation & tai chi practice. My only beverage is well water. I grow a lot of my own veggies, mostly as indoor microgreens. I designed & helped build a unique, green home in cottage country forest, with almost no carbon footprint, while two dozen solar panels allow all of the modern amenities. Nothing makes me stray from my path, not even for a half a day. I am calmly connected to joy almost consistently.
