I am an easy-going and ground guy who prides himself in physical, emotional, spiritual and financial fitness. I balance a quirky goofy side with hard work and dedication. I am lighthearted, warm and affectionate with those I love. My spirituality is grounded in integrity, a healthy connection with others and the world and being a good steward to others. I am active 5 days a week including road and trail races some weekends. Gladly, at this point in my life, I am debt free and enjoy living well below my means.
