I've been a vegetarian since 1977, but can easily be vegan. Like many of us, an epiphany hit me and within a week, I no longer ate meat. I could go into all the details of my experiences being a vegetarian, an animal lover, and very spiritually-grounded, but I will save my experiences for the right moments. Everything in life...everything we do is about timing. I guess you can say I'm a bit of a Renaissance man. I work as a vegetarian chef at a mountain retreat. When I am not cooking, I am a composer/musician, as well as a computer consultant. I lived in London for almost two years, performing with various bands and musicians.
