Moved to upstate NY 8 years ago, attracted by its senic beauty and wealth of wonderful old houses. Purchased a great Greek Revival style home which I've spent much of my time here restoring. I'm also interested in Victorian furniture, have spent many years restoring same. Another interest is landscaping, have planted many treas and shubs during my time here....so looking forward to spring! Became a serious vegan during the past year after reading The China Study...5 or 6 times! Don't see how anyone could rationally argue with it. Have hosted one home showing of Forks Over Knives and am planning another one. Doesn't work for me to keep it all to myself. I should add that I have four cats...two that I adopted and two that adopted me! They're mostly outside...weather permitting.
