Had 2 TIA mini-strokes this past year, I'm Deaf but very communicative and am looking for a REAL person with no issues!!!! I grew up with my father (still living, God is soooo good to us and my Mother too) who tries to grow his own food as much as possible and I wish my town had its own organic vegetarian supermarket so I go to Santori's from time to time and it's very good there. I eat veggie meals as much as possible because red meat was hard to digest all my life plus I never had an affinity for pork or thick beef or thick steaks all my life. Turns out that the NSA National STroke Association advocates the "Stroke Diet" of 60% veggies, 30% fruit and 10% grains!!! Meat is not recommended unless it's chicken or turkey. Seafood that is not scaled is the only kind that is safe and non-canned. Well, I'm into living life to the fullest but very carefully at the same time, honoring God, and our Creator, and living, loving, and LAUGHING at the same time and I LOVE DOGS! I have 2 Chihuahua dogs who love veggie meals too!
