Over the past 13 years with research and applying/experimenting with new information I not only became Healthier but more Conscious...It felt as if I came up out of coma..Things that I thought were one way I could see different perspectives/options..Not realizing until later in life that I had a strong organic health foundation from childhood that I had gotten away from as the years went on..So, I'm proud to say that I have gotten back connected to that foundation and have taken it to a new level..I live a somewhat Holistic Life now with diet and lifestyle choices..I would say I don't fit the mold of the average babyboomer today..My health is not the same as theirs and I have done a lot of self educating over the years which has made me not accept with blind faith everything I have been taught/programmed to accept..Its a beautiful thing..My personality can range from Silly to Serious..I like to laugh and make people laugh especially when I'm telling some life story..
