My name is Yaniv. i was born in Israel but moved here when i was 3 years old, so grew up here in Belmar for my whole life.. I just graduated from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey with a Bachelors of Science in Hospitality Management and Tourism Management. I also have an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Culinary Arts from Brookdale Community College. I hope to one day open my own vegetarian restaurant with the knowledge and experience i have gained. I'm a vegetarian and have been one for almost a year now. i really enjoy cooking and eating as healthy as possible. i don't eat that much junk food, but you always need some chocolate or a sweet some of the time :) For the time being, this summer i am working as a chef at the spring lake bath and tennis club. i've been working there for past 6 summers while i was going to school. I will soon be looking into management careers in the restaurant/food service industry.I'm a optimistic and happy person, and always look at the brighter side of life.
