I have been a vegan for 2 years now and a vegitarion for going on 15 years. Spiritually I'm closest to Zen buddhism. I like the teachings of Adhyshanti. I've read Alan watts,Tomas Mertan, Uchiyama and Okumura, too name a few.I go once a year on retreats.I know that life is imperminant and I enjoy the game.I have done some non-violent protesting.My favorite excercises are Hatha,weight resistance,hiking and riding my cruiser bicycle.I'm sort of hippish -counter culture.I enjoy classic rock music, but open to blues and jazz if you are. I'm a cat person who can adjust to Dogs. amd there is more but I can't think of right now because it's first thing in the morning, just got up. PEACE.
