I graduated in 2009 with a degree in Education. I always thought I wanted to work in special education. But this past year, I worked with adults with special needs on a biodynamic farm in Sweden and fell in love with the people. I could imagine being very happy doing similar work in the states.
Before that, I was an au pair in Denmark. It was a great experience living abroad learning new languages, how to cook, and seeing new places.
I enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking, biking, etc. While abroad, I became interested in healthy living, veganism, and organic fruits and veggies, and the process of growing them.
