My business as a Holistic Health Coach has its reaward guiding others to llve live to the fullest and be inspired and as they enjoy living mostly a plant-based llifestyle. I also integrate yoga, breathing exercies, meditation and understanding ones mindset to create what it is you really want in life

I am passionate and modivated to practice what I preach and ahve been have a blast create raw vegan meals with all the equipemnt neccessary to make it all happen.

I love being active and enjoy all sorts outdoor activities and recently want to try out the different kinds of stand up paddle boards and thinkin of buying one !

I stay busy and also like to have down time reading , being intellectually stimulated at events and hanging with friends around the south shore and Boston. On occasion I go camping and explore the beautiful areas around New England.
