i am a personal trainer with a huge interest and passion for health and fitness. i enjoy making a difference, help people change their lives, feel better about themselves and do things that they didnt think they could

i workout 6 days a week

 I am serious in my walk with Jesus and attend a fantastic church very regularly , It would be awesome to meet a strong man of God .

I love to laugh ( until it hurts ) and enjoy good conversation.. i am honest, i dont hold much back.. but am also loving and kind with a good sense of humor..

This is really sums it up for me:

I enjoy many types kinds of music, mostly Pop, Christian,  Blues , Jazz , newer Country

i  hope to be able to travel and see our country as well as some other ones.. i have always wanted to see the whole east coast, and have yet to do so.

i enjoy hanging out with my family and friends, attending church,  seeing movies, plays, ,play cards, read, love to eat ,wine tastings, .anything active. not a fan of cold or cold weather sports
not a big  sit in a bar kinda person .. love the City

I became vegan a few years ago , never felt better, feel it was one of the best decisions i have ever made . It is a way for me to live with compassion, for the betterment of my health, the animal, and our planet .  im fine with people eating what they want, as long as people are fine and respect what i eat or dont eat..
