So I'm new to this vegan stuff. It's kind of an accident that I became a vegan in the first place. I was a vegetarian for a month after doing a writing assignment (I'm in school) on a Jonathan Safran Foer article called, "Let them eat dog". This moved me to more research on animals and the sort. I found some disturbing information that made me search further. So here I am...accidentally vegan. I'm by no means an extremest...I have leather shoes and a leather bag I recently purchased (before said conversion) and I'm not ready to let go of those things just yet. I mostly became a vegan (70% health 30% animals) for health reasons and the possibility of helping others with their health. So...I'm a baby vegan looking for other vegans to learn more and see what happens.
Seeking: I'm looking for funny/non-druggie/born before 1980/spiritual/loving/smart-ass/compassionate/sensitive but not-too sensitive/non clingy/call me out on my bs/intelligent/witty/introspective/great conversationalist/easy going/open-minded...that's all I can come up with right now...but I reserve the right to add more later.
