My description: Hi there. Thanks for stopping by! Here's a little bit about me: I am passionate about helping teens and women through my counseling and yoga practice and about being a mom to my amazing children. I am also excited to be living a healthy lifestyle, by being a vegetarian/vegan, having a daily yoga and meditation practice, and getting outside and enjoying nature. I have a wide array of interests, including studying and practicing eastern spirituality and yoga, belly and african dancing, hiking, listening to live music, going to the theater or art museums, traveling, healthy cooking and gardening and spending time with friends and family.
My friends would describe me as a warm, outgoing, affectionate, spiritual and easygoing person. I think that description fits and I also try to always keep my sense of humor and a positive outlook on life.
I think that things happen for a reason and that every experience brings us an opportunity to grow and learn and become a better person.
