Hi. I'm a longtime vegan and believe in this ethic and lifestyle 100%. But I'm not a goody-two-shoes, and I'm seeking people who believe in veganism but can still be sarcastic or silly about life and this lifestyle we've chosen. I care about my friends and family, and I believe in science and medicine. As for animals, I like them but I aim not to fetishize them. (It's a losing battle, i admit) I don't need to be on the margins socially, but I respect people who are. I like to cook - Nothing fancy but my Big Mac knock-offs are legendary. Even though I work a lot, I like going out to do fun things. I am a big kid who loves Coney Island and popular culture, especially if it's from 70 years ago. I just want to meet people who are kind, and who enjoy life and fun. A walk in Prospect Park or anywhere in the city would be ideal. Stopping for a treat would be the cherry on top.

You are someone who appreciates beauty, but you don't let societal norms dictate the definition to you. You are an ethical vegan who's calm, funny, compassionate, non-judgmental, and intellectually curious. It's OK to be a little screwy, just not mean. It would be great if you live near Prospect Park and would like to walk or ride bikes some Saturday or Sunday.
