Absolutely non-smoking. If alcohol or other substances rock or rule your world, we will not be compatible...I prefer someone high on life, learning and experiences! A minimum of light social drinking seems to be pervasive so I realize that has to be a compromise but my ideal is none.
I hope you are a curious life-long learner, adventuresome in travel and independent. It's a bonus if you happen to be someone who is seeking partnership for these later decades of life. Please be financially sound as I do not have the means to support another person these days. Though I have been the primary breadwinner in the past, and I had no problem with that, I am not longer in a position to financially support another person. Having said this, I appreciate and try to practice generosity among friends.
