I am a outdoors type of guy, Crossfit, running, Mountain Biking, hiking are all things i use to get out of the house. I haven't been vegetarian for to long(1.5 years) but its probably the best thing I've ever done. currently pursuing my BA in Nutritional Science to become a Dietitian. i just love how food breaks down in the body and helping people develop a healthier lifestyle.
