I am a kind, sensitive, loving , creative man. Love, sensuality and spirituality are very important to me. I was raised in Conservative Jewiish faith in a town called Ardsley Ny. Both my parents & grandparents were from the Bronx. I spent almost a year in Israel in 1971-72. I was active in AZA and was sports editor in high school. Graduated in 1969 & went to Woodstock Festival. Rock lives.
I was part of the holistic spiritual Pathwork community in Phoenicia NY and Manhattan from 1974 - 80. I trained and studied bio-energetic therapy, interpersonal communications and spiritual growth. I lived in Manhattan (New York City) for 16 years. I was part of an improv theater groups for 8 years. My main professionin 1970s was dog groomig and in 1980s was a painting contractor. I was married for 20 years. I have 2 wonderful sons, in their 20s who live in Bay area who I love with all my heart & soul. Our family moved to Santa Rosa in 1991. We were divorced in 2009. My main work for last 24 years has been video transfer & production in Santa Rosa.. I've been a singer, songwriter, poet, recording artist & musician more than 40 years. I love tennis, massage and vegan philosophy. Studied astrology a long time.
I have been a vegetarian & strong animal rights advocate almost 11 years. Vegan for 9 months. I have 13 yr old dog & 15 yr old cat I adore. I've been a part of Center for Spiritual Living Community for 24 years (Manspirit for 8 ). I was part of Essene community in Sonoma County for 8 years. My most influential spiritual teachers I'd say are Dr. Will Tuttle, John Robbins, Dr. Gabriel Cousens, Ernest Holmes, Bruce Springsteen, Bob Dylan, South Park, Seinfeld tv shows and Beatles....and all the women I've been in love & relationship with. My children, family, friends and pets have taught me alot about love and life. I have been to 4 vegetarian conferences and written passionately agout veg & animal cruelty topics. I've handed out thousands nof pamphlets for animal rights groups. I've seen films Raw for Life, Diet for a New America, Forks over Knives, Fat- sick and Nearly Dead, & Cowspiracy..read Veg News. I'm reading Vegan Cowboy novel.
I lived with my x girlfriend in San Anselmo in early 2014 and have been living in Petaluma for 1 year.
I regularly play singles tennis, love to sing, play guitar & harmonica, dance, do massage, pray, meditate and make folks laugh.
