I have been a vegetarian for more than 20 years. I am spiritually inclined & like to workout in the gym regularly. I know its sounds strange as most people who like working out are often meat-eaters so that they can build bigger muscles. But some of the strongest animals in the world are vegetarians (eg gorillas & elephants). Its the aggressive animals that eat meat.
