Earth Goddess extraordinaire..into treading lightly on the earth (recycle religiously etc.), try as much as possible to help an animal in need. Sure a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle will likely prolong one's life but I would still be vegetarian if it decreased my life by 10 years! Who wants to participate in the misery culminating in horror that we put so-called food animals through? I feel their pain psychically so I am engaged in animal rights activism and education.
